This is an extremely interesting playbook: use an expensive model to generate high quality training data. Then use this data to fine tune a much cheaper model you can run at scale.
Also seems like thereโs plenty of opportunity to build consulting/service businesses around โsynthetic dataโ.

Validating ideas using nothing but a landing page seems only really to work for B2C not B2B. At least all stories I know where this approach worked are for B2C businesses.
There is tons of inertia in B2B. It takes more than just a few pretty words on a website to get busy decision makers interested. Deals take weeks to close. It take time before sales efforts start compounding on you see any kind of momentum.

Why are all cheap cars so ugly? What about cheap houses?
To me it seems like you could just do the expensive work of designing something awesome once and then just sell it again and again, bringing the โdesign premiumโ per unit down to virtually zero.

Love hearing about niche use cases like this. Tons of opportunities in building more and more specialised products using latest AI tech.
For example, first people built generalized AI photo apps. Then some niched down to corporate headshots. Next iteration will be headshots for specific industries and cultures to meet their specific aesthetic preferences.

Temptation is always strong to try something completely different.
But youโre able to add the most value if you can stick to one thing and go deeper and deeper.
