A current gold rush is custom iOS icons. How could you sell shovels to these gold rushers?
For a long time, users preferred services and products that bundled many “jobs-to-be-done”. Then these got gradually unbundled. For example, every writer now has a blog or newsletter and hence traditional magazines got unbundled. The logical next step is that products and services will be rebundled since users experience a “paradox-of-choice”-type of fatigue and no one likes to manage dozens of subscriptions. However, in contrast to what happened in the old times, modern bundling is more flexible and personalized. For example, there could be again a monthly magazine that includes all articles from the newsletters you subscribed to. A company that already capitalizes on this development is MailBrew. Other examples include Screenbreak and WaldenPond.Press. What else will be rebundled again? What bundling service could you offer? Or maybe you can go one step beyond that and offer something for makers who want to offer a bundling service?
