Explanation: Yes, people want the best version of anything which is why the winners in any category reap disproportional rewards. But the good news is that there’s never one universally optimal solution. Instead, you can turn your product or service into the most attractive option for certain people by optimizing one or multiple core attributes.
Examples:
- Location: Made in USA.
- Story: This Guy Is Launching 12 Startups in 12 Months
- Values: A privacy-friendly Google Analytics alternative
- Distribution: It appeared at the top of the App Store listings.
- Customer Service: Talk directly to the founder in case you encounter any issues.
- Packaging, Quality, Reputation, Features…
